PLANT CITY Dover woman charged in abuse DOVER A 24-year-old woman has been charged with aggravated child abuse and possession of marijuana. Sheila Hall was arrested Thursday after a Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputy discovered Hall's children crying and locked alone in a trailer. The deputy was checking expired tags in the trailer park at 5230 State Road 60 when he discovered the children. The trailer had a padlock on the outside door and a chain and electrical cord on the back door, the sheriff's office said.
