  I hate @FrontierCorp they may be the worst company of all time, if you have a choice of providers, pick anyone else! You do not have a friend on the digital frontier with them, they should be sued for false advertising with that claim they are that bad!

  @AskFrontier someone said earlier today it was for immediate dispatch.That would mean no one assigned.Can you say what the hardware issue is?I have a doctor coming in that needs the internet.If can’t be fixed by Saturday AM, we need to go elsewhere for service, so need to know by today.

  @FrontierCorp As the Social Media Escalations team had referenced to me before, this issue is with “someone higher than” the social media organization. They were leaving it up to Executive Customer Relations. I am not going to await for a further response from a 7th Frontier representative.

  @FrontierCorp How is the online checking service accurate when so many people in the same area are reporting their Frontier service is down? Clearly there is an outage and you don’t want to take responsibility for it, and would rather say it’s isolated incidents, which is clearly not the case.
