  So I called @FrontierCorp yesterday to cancel my service because I’m moving home June 1st and they disconnected it today on accident. Was told that it was notated that it was not suppose to be turned off until the given date but I was told there was nothing they could do about it

  hey @frontiercorp it’s cool how after midnight i can barely stream a youtube video, yet i’m paying for “fiber optic” speed. your service sucks and the dozens of calls and weeks it took to get someone to do a 15 min installation is appalling. your 2 star rating is very telling.

  @FrontierCorp As the Social Media Escalations team had referenced to me before, this issue is with “someone higher than” the social media organization. They were leaving it up to Executive Customer Relations. I am not going to await for a further response from a 7th Frontier representative.

  @FrontierCorp How is the online checking service accurate when so many people in the same area are reporting their Frontier service is down? Clearly there is an outage and you don’t want to take responsibility for it, and would rather say it’s isolated incidents, which is clearly not the case.
